I've spent 20 years inside government as a policy analyst, state Chief Data Officer, Fulbright Scholar, and now Chief Administrative Officer at one of the top research universities in the US.
I know what it's like to be the person with the idea that doesn't land. I also know how to change that. I coach people who want to make government work better ā and who are ready to show up bigger to do it.
We all depend on competent government, we need roads, sewers, schools, investments in science. I believe lots of smart people want to make a difference and sometimes they need a little kick to get to the next level of influence.
